PRODUCT INFO

Self-supporting thermal insulated metal panel, with insulation core of CFC&HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam.

GLAMET® is ideal for covering of pitched (>7%) roofs, offering high thermal and moisture protection. The elegant geometry of the rib renders the panel suitable also for interesting facades’ design. The diagonally profiled joint of the panel, with inner sealing gasket, closes automatically during installation without any further steps. In one operation, thus a thermal bridge-free and safe connection is made. In addition, the G4 element guarantees high installation services and is therefore especially appreciated by professional installers.

PRODUCTION & IDENTIFICATION

According to the current EU Construction Products Directive to Sandwich EN 14509. CE marking according to EC-certificate of conformity No 0497/CPD/3954/10 (CSI).

FACINGS

Prepainted galvanized steel according to EN 10346

COATING OF STEEL FACINGS

25 micron polyester. Other coatings (PVDF, super polyester, plastisol, etc.) upon request. For available colors, please contact our sales offices.

INSULATION CORE

CFC & HCFC-free polyurethane rigid foam. Non-hygroscopic material (>95% closed cells structure).
Thermal conductivity coefficient λ=0,022 W/mK.
